Directors Sarah Jane Wood and Karen Kilgour have between them nearly 40 years experience in recruitment, hotels, and business development. They have worked with a wide range of clients including 5 star hotels, blue chip companies, private enterprises, pop and sports stars, and royalty.They say:

Sarah Jane Wood
Sarah Jane was on the main board of directors of a leading recruitment agency in London, Angela Mortimer Plc, for 15 years. As well as understanding the London market inside-out Sarah Jane spent four years heading the sales team at Stapleford Park one of the most prestigious hotels in the East Midlands. Sarah Jane has applied her knowledge and expertise most recently to placing a variety of different candidates at all levels across different business sectors.

Karen Kilgour
Over the last 20 years, Karen has worked in marketing for many blue chip companies in the design and marketing industry, including Kraft, Halfords and McVities. As one of the Sales Managers at Stapleford Park, Karen was responsible along with Sarah Jane for record sales. Most recently Karen has been involved in the successful recruitment of many sales people across some of the countries leading hotels.
